Can I still go after company even though claims have been settled with my insurance?

A drunk driver in a company vehicle ran into my house, causing $10,000 damage as well as totalling two vehicles that were in my driveway. The employee was unlicensed by the way. He also has a previous DUI on his record. All of my claims with my insurance
You should have your attorney contact the insurance company covering the company who owned the truck.
The company is responsible for putting an unlicensed driver behind the wheel.
If the insurance company won't cover it,
